All designer dresses are handmade and delicately embroidered. Slight variations in color, embroidery, prints positioning or fit are natural and not considered faults. These cannot be accepted as a reason for return or exchange.
Unpacking: All dresses are quality checked before dispatch and packed securely. Please open your parcel with care and avoid sharp objects, as Leela Lane cannot be held responsible for damage caused while unpacking.
Damages/Defects: Take a video while opening your package and report any damages with vidoes and pictures to info@leelalane.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without proper documentation will not be accepted.
Ready-to-Ship & In-Stock Items: All sales are final. No cancellations or changes are allowed after placing your order.
Made-to-Order Items: Cancellations or changes are allowed only if production has not commenced. Store credit may apply.
Sales/Clearance Items: Final sale. No returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds.
