Unpacking Your Piece: To help us resolve any transit-related concerns quickly, we highly recommend taking a brief video or photos while opening your parcel. Please take extra care when unboxing, as Leela Lane is unable to provide a remedy for snags or cuts caused by scissors or sharp objects during the opening process.

Damaged/Faulty Items: We take great pride in our quality control. If you believe your item has arrived damage or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@leelalane.com.au as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we recommend reporting any concerns within 48 hours of delivery with accompanying photos or video. While the video is preferred for transit claims, an order number or receipt is all that is strictly required to start a conversation. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, Leela Lane will cover the cost of return shipping or reimburse you for reasonable postage costs.

Ready-to-Ship: Orders are processed immediately for fast delivery. While we cannot offer returns for change of mind, our products are fully covered by Australian Consumer Law guarantees. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us.

Made-to-Order: Once your order status is marked as "In Progress", materials are allocated and the artisan process begins. At this stage, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications for change of mind. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of purchase.

Sales/Clearance: Please choose carefully, as items purchased on sale or clearance are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind. This policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; if a sale item is faulty or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy.
