Damaged/Faulty Items: We take great pride in our quality control. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we recommend reporting any concerns within 48 hours of delivery with accompanying photos or video. While the video is preferred for transit claims, an order number or receipt is all that is strictly required to start a conversation. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, Leela Lane will cover the cost of return shipping or reimburse you for reasonable postage costs.
